About
Why I built Memlet.
The idea
Memlet is two simple tools in one app: a place to save things, and a place to keep your to-dos. That is the whole app.
No folders to organize, no account to make. You save something, or you add a task, and it is there when you want it.
The two tabs
Storage holds the things you save from around your phone: links, images, videos, and files. Send something to Memlet with the share sheet and it is kept, with a title and preview filled in for you.
To-dos is a set of checklists. Build one by typing, or by talking and letting Memlet turn what you said into a list.
It helps you find things
You do not file anything. Memlet groups related saves on its own, lets you filter by type, and searches across everything. It can also nudge you back to older saves so they do not just pile up.
Your saved items stay on your phone, with no account and no sync.
Who it's for
Anyone who saves links and files and then loses track of them, and anyone who keeps a running list of things to do.
A note from me
Memlet is a small project. It runs on your phone, keeps your data private, and tries to stay out of your way.
